For more than a decade, Jermaine has established himself as a premier sales consultant within the recruiting industry. As a Certified Temporary Specialist, he has served clients in the oil and gas, service, and engineering and construction industries. He has been recognized as one of the top sales professionals in the Houston market and statewide. He has consistently broken (and set) company sales records, received numerous local and state honors for outstanding service, and served as a mentor to other sales professionals.
As a personal coach and professional speaker, Jermaine has impacted the lives of professionals, executives, and youth. He has shared his expertise with individuals, groups, and organizations within the for profit and non-profit industries. He is sought after for his sincere passion and commitment to helping others MAXIMIZE their potential.
At almost seven feet (7' 0") tall, Jermaine is often mistaken for a player in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He has played professional basketball in Latvia, Portugal, and Brazil. His travels afforded him valuable professional and personal experiences. Jermaine continues to fuel his competitive fire by swimming, biking, and running. He has been a triathlete since 2004. As a triathlete, he continually challenges himself to pursue and attain the unthinkable.
Jermaine has served as a chapter president with Toastmasters and is a past member of the Texas and Houston Associations of Personnel Consultants. He is a mentor with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America program and volunteers his time at local area schools. In addition, he has mentored youth in juvenile detention centers.
Jermaine earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Houston. Jermaine and his wife Sonya reside in Houston, Texas.
